Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for the CBA Forum 2026. This Refund Policy explains the conditions applicable to ticket purchases and refunds made through our website.

Ticket Purchases

Participants are responsible for selecting the required number of tickets correctly and providing accurate information when completing their registration.

A ticket will be considered confirmed only after successful payment. A confirmation will be provided using the contact details submitted during registration.

Cancellation by Participant

If a participant is unable to attend the event after purchasing a ticket, a refund may be requested subject to the cancellation conditions specified by the CBA Forum organizing committee.

Refund requests must be submitted to cbaforum2026@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchasing the ticket.

Requests received after 24 hours from the time of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.

Event Cancellation

If the CBA Forum is cancelled by the organizers, eligible ticket holders will be informed through the contact information provided during registration.

Where applicable, payments will be refunded to the original payment method used to purchase the ticket.

Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will normally remain valid for the new event date. Further information regarding refund options, if applicable, will be communicated to registered participants.

Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same ticket or an incorrect amount has been charged, please contact us with your payment reference and registration details.

After verification, any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, and payment service provider.
